Hello @traxionGG and @davecamm. Let me start by saying I am new to Sim racing as a whole. I have about 2 to 3 weeks of xp. I just got my D class with a 916 IR (dont laugh to hard. lol.). I have a logitech G290 set that I bought second-hand (the braking is bad but getting use to it). These videos are great for me. Before I watched your video my best lap was a 1:45:.800. After watching this video and taking some notes, I was able to to hit a 1:42:900 in about 30 mins of practice. I know 1:42 is still about 4 seconds of the pace, but an almost 3 second drop in 30 mins after this video shows the value of this video. One of the biggest issues I am having is oversteering the car. Not the car oversteering, but me over driving the car( Turning to tight and not letting the car neutral steer and not using all the track). Do you have a video/ videos that can help with this?

thanks for the great tips! Laguna Seca is one of my favorite track. I did a couple of laps yesterday and i did a 1:38:4. pretty sure I can do better with your guide. What are your plan for the next season?

I left rookies week ago and did my first races at class d. My avarage is 39 seconds per lap but opponets are 37.8-38 per lap. I did many practice, watched a lot of tutorial and It’s mindblowing for me that people at similar iRating are just out of my range by a second 😅

I found out that I Can watch replays of the fastest on the track to check out their lines 😆

Blimey, just as I think I'm getting good, I go and "figure out" the track for myself and am running 1:40s. Watch your video once and can get in the 1:39s. Then I come and re-watch and your "nice and steady" lap is 1:37.5. Why does it look so nice and steady when you do it, but feel so hectic when I'm doing it?! I know the answer is more practice. Maybe my goal is to get into the 1:38s by the end of the week. Rewatching your video I already see one place I'm lifting too early, and there's also a little VRS stuff I can watch. Look forward to watching Mac from the Back race here soon!
