To make this simple: After market diamonds lower the value of a watch. Icebox will sell you an aftermarket iced out rolex for 60k but when you try to sell it, you'll get offers for 20-35k. The guys who pay upwards of 100k-1m for after market iced out Patek, AP, or any other luxury brand are truly being fucked by their jewlers. This all being said, I personally like diamond watches but it is important to be clear that the actual value of a watch is greatly diminished once you put aftermarket diamonds on it. Buy what you like but be informed

“Greatly diminished” the value of the watch goes to 0. The watch is now only worth the value of the diamonds put on it. Which are usually too low of a grade to be put on anything other than costume jewelry.

All you see on the owner and associates here is 22k. On all of them. That let's you know what kind of value you should be shopping to buy. Unless it's pinky rings everything has to be 22k for me
