Hallo, De topsnelheid met de vertanding zoals gemeld in de video (20/54) is iets meer dan 100 kilometer per uur. De uiteindelijke motortemperatuur staat echter hogere vertandingen toe, dus in theorie zouden topsnelheden (op asfalt) van 130 kilometer per uur mogelijk moeten zijn... als de wielen op de grond blijven dan... ;-)

Hi there, No, unfortunately not. The VXL-3S ESC isn't designed for more powerful 4-pole motors (like the Leopard in the video) and will have trouble running it. Also, the Leopard motor draws way more current than the VXL-3S can safely handle. You need a least a good 120A ESC.

I would imagine you had some time to experiment with this project? From your experience, what's good ESC settings for general bashing on 3s geared 18/54? I'm currently running 1 setting below default on punch/timing. What do from there? I don't have extensive tools to make sure everything's perfect so I appreciate the guidance

I would go with a high "c" battery , at least 50 . The 120amps will draw more then the battery can give . Unless I'm wrong then great video ;)

We hebben er dan ook de veel stevigere (en ietwat flexibele) RPM-armen op zitten. ;)

zo'n vermoeden had ik al haha alleen dan blijven ze heel maar met zulke motoren kan je beter een midden dif plaatsen die kunnen veel beter tegen de kracht.

It does, but you'll find 2S to be too low of rpm.

@@RedmanRC 12 or 13 tooth pinion and it will be not too bad. 3s is about right in a slash if you ask me and keep the gearing low for bashing.

snap niet hoe het heel kan blijven als mijn auto zo tegen de stoep zou knallen zouden me draag armen afbreken ofzo haha
