RPM REAR HUB CARRIERS have to be oil filled, as they come pretty much empty. Nice build. I just finished upgrading my X-MAXX for speed runs. With all the money we spend on these RC'S, it's definitely worth it, OH YA! KEEP ON BASHING, OR SPEEDING! FROM BARRIE ONTARIO CANADA

Yes! I put a little oil into them when I got them. These things are frikin huge!

What are your thoughts on the SCT410 2.0 tekno series builds?
@siblingsrc Жыл бұрын
I saw those come out and I really like how they’re 1/10 on the outside but have 8th scale upgrades. I would recommend it as I’ve seen how capable these rigs are for racing and bashing as well

Where did you got the crazy screw on the bellcrank? The 3x20 CCS screw?
@siblingsrc2 жыл бұрын
I most likely got the screw from the stainless steel screw kit from RC Screwz
@nathanielgacutan43362 жыл бұрын
Ok hehe, how much did you cost for all the plastic parts of the car without the gears and the body.
@siblingsrc2 жыл бұрын
I’d say around $1000
@nathanielgacutan43362 жыл бұрын
So you are saying that buying a rtr is way cheaper that making a roller xmaxx?😅
@siblingsrc2 жыл бұрын
It’s always going to be more expensive to build from scratch, but you get to know the vehicle better and how it’s put together, plus you get the upgrades you want right off the bat. In a way, if you buy an RTR and then buy all the upgrades after then it’ll end up being more. But everyone does their own thing. I though it would be fun to do this build. It took a long time cause I have a small allowance each month so I would just save then buy

Sweet rig! I can't wait to see it completed and in action! I just subbed!

this such a brilliant idea! I mean, why buy a new one and pull out the motor, esc, and everything else... and upgrade it. when you can do it from scratch!!
@siblingsrc3 жыл бұрын
Haha fr. I mean by the time you buy one new then buy all the upgrades it’s a lot more
@wwjoshdew3 жыл бұрын
@@siblingsrc exactly! so instead of having a perfectly good motor, esc, tires, and everything else... sitting on a shelf, you can buy exactly what you want and have it your way.

I bought a used Slash...even that was useless as I ended up with a box FULL of upgrade parts and thought "why really did I buy that car, I gonna change literally everything on it"
@siblingsrc3 жыл бұрын
I’m planning on getting the slash kit then selling off a bunch of the stock parts and buy upgrades from there

lol this is what im doing but i cant find the right parts to start the build out
@siblingsrc3 жыл бұрын
Haha yeah I just ended up starting out with the main chassis and just collected everything as I went along. I got most of the plastic parts first and then the drivetrain next. Then electronics to finish it off😎

@@siblingsrc yeah I just need to find the stuff like the shock towers and the bulk heads

Great video and upgrades. I have a question, is the Proline Black body as tuff as the Proline White Brute body? Is the black body the same material as the original lexan body?
@siblingsrc3 жыл бұрын
Great question! I believe the original stock xmaxx bodies are very weak. The proline Raptor body(regular) are a little bit stronger but the brute bodies I believe are supposed to be a lot stronger. I’ve never had the brute body before so I have no idea.
