If you want a little advice on this, try to have better sleep, around 8-9 hours and very important that you wake with sunrise and have light activity in the morning sunlight. This will be a positive step towards better mental health. It will heal the stress, also if you don't eat anything after 8 pm the insulin will go down throughout the night and it will nearly reset for the next day. This can create a hormonal balance or at least be a step towards hormonal balance.

I hope such high quality health content can be available in more languages, English, Hindi, and southern Indian languages, I wanted to show this to my parents and elders but the mixed language would not be appreciated, they only know Hindi.

Wow really very informative, yes it’s important to have an eye checkup right from birth, my elder daughter had number which we could not recognise until she turned 8 years, she could not even express what she was feeling, she was watching TV from very near and her teacher was saying me what she is not concentrating in class, she was saying that she always looks down and writes something whenever I write on board. My father used to always say us that she has to be taken to eye doctor, but we did not take it seriously bcoz we parents never had any eye site problem. One fine day my father took her to doctor without saying to us and that day was her blessed day, she felt so comfortable immediately when she wore glasses, now she is 13 years old, even today we feel so bad that we could not recognise what she was suffering 😢. So plz take kids for regular eye checkups

मेरे को भी भाई कभी चार नंबर का चश्मा लगा था। आज साला 10 नंबर का चश्मा हो गया है। भाई हाथ जोड़कर विनती है। यह तो एक बार उनके अस्पताल चले जाओ। दिल्ली या फिर इन्होंने जो eye ड्रॉप बताई है Atropine ग्रीन colour की होती है ये बिना रुके बिना बिना थके रोज डालते रहो। (इसका कोई साइड इफेक्ट नहीं है मैने इन्हीं के हॉस्पिटल में चेक अप कराया था तब इनसे ही पूछा था) 18 साल की उम्र तक ।। इससे चश्में का नंबर रुक जाएगा या बहुत कम तक हो जाएगा। या फिर एक बार इनके हॉस्पिटल चले जाओ चेक अप के लिए लाजपत नगर दिल्ली वाली Wing में राहिल चौधरी बैठते है Add -: 34, Ring Rd, Block P, Lajpat Nagar IV, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110024
