​@@Someone59339don't count seconds count deep breaths 3 to 5 if begginer 10 counts if you have been practicing for a long time and if you want to meditate in the perticular posture then as per your convenience... just always remember don't hold your breath except for any perticular posture or breathing practice 😊

I do all that for decades. I have yoga certification from India. Doesn’t do a thing if one has real problems. And the exact same postures can be done in a simpler way. But these are correct.

@@leobuscaglia5576 well good for you. I studies in India and lived at an ashram for 25 years. I don’t think you have anywhere near my qualifications. It does not work for everyone. Are you an MD too ? Such arrogance and you’re the one wrong.

@@leeniesevy-perahia7911 Lol. I don't need to be an MD my dear. I am a patient who is/was suffering from a lot of those ailments i mentioned above. Those yoga exercises have helped me a lot and when a patient tells you if something is helping then it is beneficial. Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches.

First , improve digestion by eating Fennel seed + Gud or misri after each meal . Second thing , Drink plenty of water the whole day . Third, Eat guava after dinner ( ripped one ) . Fourth , eat less than hunger. Five , avoid stress

Only Vajrasana should be performed after having food. Rest others should be before(If possible, in the morning. If not, during evening.)
