El Stepario has said that it's not talent. He thinks the idea of talent is BS. What you see is years and years of 4+ hours per day practice, and that's it. He spent a lot of time talking about how this is pure practice, and ANYONE could do what he's doing here, if they were willing to put in the endless hours of practice. It's pretty inspiring to think that this level of performance is attainable by ordinary humans, though admittedly humans with lots of time to practice.
