Could just the action of throwing with the opposite hand, even just BP or in the pen, help overall strength and ability to throw for longer duration, and maybe a little higher velocity with the main hand? Pitching, batting, and throwing RH for years gave me bad muscle imbalances and back issues. I think having increased strength from use of the other side would have helped my back, and maybe improve my 74 mph FB, by giving more support to turn against, and improve my balance when landing for more rotational power. Wonder if there is some weird cognitive/CNS stuff going on with figuring out the mechanics on the nondominant hand too.... IMO it could also be an intervention for players with hurt arms to keep some strength in their legs, sequencing, and to get them back on the field with their teammates, instead of worrying if their injured arm is going to hold up once it is healed. Sorry for the long post, but thanks for doing this video. Kids need to keep pushing their limits. The Game needs it.
