Love these videos and the short stops to view the scenery. These make my treadmill fun again.
@kerritom45367 жыл бұрын
I just had to comment because I disagree with all the negative comments about stopping for the scenery. That's one of the things I just LOVE about this vid, because it's exactly what I do on trails. I stop and breathe in the beauty. It feeds my brain. :-) Thank you for this video! I'll be running to it often.
@TreadmillTV7 жыл бұрын
+Kerri Tom I like to stop and look around for the same reason. However, I tend to agree with the idea that the camera should remain forward as to help the user keep their balance while running.

Idk, I'm pretty clumsy, and I didn't have an issue with it at all. ;-)
@danv75146 жыл бұрын
Well yes we all do that when we are on the trail running, however we can't just stop our treadmills while they look around. I have to grip the rails to keep my balance as it throws me off!

If you are exercising on a treadmill then such stops are inconvenient.

My favorite video for working out on my treadmill. You run none stop, and you encourage me to keep on going, when I was ready to quit. I felt like I was there with you. You stopping a little to allow us to view the scenery areas of this gorgeous place was an A+. Most runners don’t do it, and I wish I could turn their necks for just a second, so I can view the place as normally would if I were there. The BEST VIDEO EVER!!!

Many people say that stopping to see scenery was useless, but for me was really helpful. I’m 15 wanting to make a movie and the beginning is the main character running into the woods at night. So this helped me a lot! Thanks.

One of my favorite places to run. I've literally run thousands of miles between Glen Helen, John Bryan park and Clifton Gorge which all connect providing miles of scenic running. I've suffered a few sprained ankles as well...The tree roots and rocks prove to be treacherous during the fall when the leaves hide them. Thanks for sharing.
