I was very surprised if no one in the village asked if you were hungry or needed something. I hoped that you would cross to Turkey. I felt as if they were at home and safe now. If you ever go to Istanbul again, I would like to ask if you would like to have tea. 😊

Georgia is a beautiful country for sure. There were some amazing views; it is hard to focus on views when you are afraid for your life though. I'm sure you will be happy to be on Turkish roads. In Colorado, we have roads like this. They are called trails. One time I took my toyota up a 4 wheel drive road and suffice it to say, I had to get a new muffler. Thank you for the great video!

You would certainly benefit from lifts on your front suspension - go for it! 2 inch lifts on my Ducato have made an enormous difference. I have never seen roads like those, not even on building sites I have worked on. I am full of admiration.

I will NEVER complain about our side roads/ dirt tracks or potholes here in Ireland again after seeing that😖. I'm a paramedic & all that was going through my mind while watching that was how would an Ambulance or any emergency vehicle get to someone there!!! What you all have to go through at border crossings is crazy. Life with COVID has certainly made life challenging these days. That road reminded me of the 70's traveling on the Alaska Highway with no paved roads on a lot of it. We all new you were going to make it but seeing you go through all this still made me wonder....are they going to make it? Thanks for taking us along for your wild ride in Trudy.....poor Trudy! I'm not an engineer but I imagine that making room for and filling those metal baskets with rocks will help prevent some rocks landing in the road and help the drainage before replacing the road surface.

Wow, those were some special roads in Georgia. You need to get on to your tyre manufacturer/supplier, show them how successful you were on those roads using their products and look for sponsorship for your Mongolia/Russia trips.

you get a guard put underneath the front, they use em for 4 wheel driving. Rather than changing suspensions. Its pretty much a steel plate.
