The small airport is what I like about Boise. You are right about connections, but to return a rental, get through security, is so easy and stress free relative to larger airports.

Totally! Where’s your home airport now?

@@BoiseRealEstateAustin, it's horrible regarding crowded and time to get through security. Even parking needs to be reserved in advance because their parking fills up.

Your income argument is very valid. Lose your remote job and you may be hurting unless you can get another remote job. I've faced this twice in Austin and luckily there were plenty jobs that we didn't have to move. The homes in Boise in the suburbs are somewhat similar price wise to what I see in Austin, but the local economies are not equal.

Are you saying Austin is superb? For me, I’d take Austin minus the ideologies 🙂

@ealEstateJust that it's a better place to get laid off financially. Regarding traffic, heat, crowding, liberal bias, well that's another story.

Do you think Star will become a Ritzy area since it’s next to Eagle?
@BoiseRealEstate5 ай бұрын
Great question! I don’t think it be as ritzy. One of the reason eagle got its name early on was because of how many large acreage properties there were in comparison to neighborhood/smaller/normal lot sizes. Star has a toke of less than .25 acre lots

That’s great to hear! Who want to try to keep up the the Joneses!
