I adore organised people and you seem to be an extraordinary bagman with OCD skills to match! :-) some great tips here for us Peter. Thank you.,I think you said you’re doing this for bigger projects only like the gazing ball - because it saves time and chaos! I’m in chaos whatever I’m working on. But when doing multiple motifs in big numbers sone kind of production line does seem very necessary unless you’re someone who thrives on spontaneity. I don’t - too stressful.,I like pre-planning. . As you will be gluing an “inventory” of your cuts in bags and boxes at your side - I can see it being a more economical use of the adhesive too - ie it won’t go “off” in your syringe or little baggie because otherwise you’d be spending more time nipping as you go. Will you only be having roses on it? Not tempted to stick a lily in? Lol

To be honest sometimes I am not that organised but when I need to be I will, not really OCD I work on the theory in most things "near enough is good enough", I do have the baggie system down pat but always learning and trying to apply the adhesive better only because it will save me cleaning up. lol I will be adding different flowers once I finish the roses, I could have added them as I went but I tend to wing things so I wanted the opportunity to make changes if needed. I am glad you enjoyed the video, and as always appreciate your comments. :)

I like the idea of clear containers. I mosaic on my days off and I have a system in place so I can set up fairly quickly. Being organized saves time. Thanks for the tips!

Have you ever thought to create stringers or glass blobs from your glass scraps? 💕
@TreasuryRoad Жыл бұрын
Lol a thought l have had many times, but the glass would need to be compatible with each other to fuse different colours. The stringers l don’t think l would be patient enough, but l do mosaics so anything is possible. 🤣 Appreciate the comment.

Thanks.....is that tape you put the leaves and flowers on to??

Thankyou and my pleasure Bev. In this video link I go through what I am using but you can pretty well use any type of adhesive tape you just dont want the adhesive to be really aggressive. Thanks for commenting. :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/l6HCYXWZbMannMU
