I started out with Bowen stuff back in '84 with Graham Pennington. What GP has done for the planet is a true blessing. The other "show me the money" crews are an embarrassment to the healing movement. God bless GP for being such a skilled and gifted teacher in this work. And thanks to Jonathan Damonte for putting this very excellent video up because it is a 'life saver' for those lucky enough to find it, and apply the moves. And JD demonstrates the slow 'challenge' of the muscle/ligament. It is critical to activate the proprioception of the the ligaments/muscles. For some inexplicable reason, this 'lynch pin' of Bowen, is blithely overlooked by 90% plus of practitioners...WT...?! Too many practitioners are way too out of touch, no pun intended, and just roll the thumbs over, with no actual challenge of the actual muscle etc. Near enough, just isn't good enough. And if you did a test on 100 prac's. you'd find a half dozen might get it done correctly.

I can not thank you enough Mr. Damonte for sharing this valuable helpful information on these Bowen Technique Treatment moves. The relief even after one loosening of these muscles, ligaments and tendons it is amazing. I had learned about this wonderful therapy from a shared video of a lady telling us why this particular method is really great and that it was not a harsh method like so many that gave me more pain then help. I am spreading the word of this wonderful treatment that is available. Funny how I have never heard of this method until a couple days ago. Just amazing. Have not found a spa that offers this technique. Hmmmm. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is great to also have some self-help moves too. I haven't found many Bowen moves that can be self-administered....

TMJ, neck (front & back), knees, abdominal work. I also use the Cranio-Sacral therapy modes to do work on just about any place you can easily place your hands. Very effective method working with the fascia.
