Love this ❤ clearly from our messages getting outdoors for walks helps me immensely! I'm quite severe and have panic attacks, so I have medication combined with starting DBT and I also try to exercise daily in some way whether its a walk or something at home, along with journalling, music/singing, mindfullness and reading.

I have anxiety and tinnitus i feel it is very hard when the tinnitus come on some days i find it upsetting

Unfortunately, getting my heart rate up is a trigger for me. So exercise it very scary for me. Feels like a panic attack.

Hey Doc !! I've been investing around two hours of my time to take bathe in order to remove dirt from the body, may be because of organic dirt phobia. Just wanna know the normal time limits for a bath or shower? Please assist me in resolving the issue.

Went to my doctor's appointment last month and they got some blood work done my next follow up to hear the results I had anxiety attack blood pressure was 183 I went today and had exactly again even though my results came back I didn't have high blood pressure or diabetes in my blood pressure was 175
