I think in certain age yes … I will tell the reason why . Women , females when they started to have the monthly cycle they stop grow. ( hormones ) same with masturbation in younger age .. you are stimulating your hormones growth hormones to work in different directions ( body orientation in growth on different direction ) But this is only if you are younger age otherwise is very healthy not often but not too often as it can interfere with your social life .
