This is a completely useless drugs, at least for the patient. It has no beneficial health effects. It's an interesting scam, charge the patient thousands of dollars, to take a useless drug, that is very dangerous for the patient, and provides no therapeutic effect. Unbelievable we're here, where you're literally charging people for the privileged to possibly die by a completely worthless drug. At the same time, suppress actual therapeutics. I wonder if you are aware this is what happened, and what is happening? Because I know. If you're not aware of it now, I wonder how long before you do become aware of it..

My father got double lung pneumonia, and then went into ER after getting worse, and got COVID-19. He has every illness you can imagine. COPD, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, emphysema, sleep apnea, with 30% lung function. They put him on high dose steroids, antibiotics, and then gave him 200mg of remdesivir day 1, 100mg on day 2 and then he felt better like he could breath better. The issue is, now he's having issues with his kidneys. We're waiting results of the blood test and urine test. He only had issues with kidney stones throughout the years, never had bad kidney function. How are you feeling now?

On the day of admission I was sicccccck and in so much pain I given Morphine. I was told Remdesivir was given because I was on oxygen treatment and not a ventilator. Your video is amazing. Thanks for the content. But I was wondering how come remdesivir is used on patients when we know it's toxicity. That's the main reason why hydroxychloroquine has been used, because of the very few side effects. It's interesting to see how things are shifting.
@ICUAdvantage4 жыл бұрын
Thank you Omar. I think the thing is that we use medications all the time that have negative effects on the body. Its a balance of the risk and reward. While there are side effects, its seems as though the risks are low. As for Hydroxychloroquine, there are risks associated with that as well, and there isn't strong evidence showing its effectiveness, in fact several recent large studies showing that it isn't effective. There are MANY other promising drugs either in trials now or preparing for them. Right now we have something, which isn't the greatest, but better than the nothing we had before. As time goes on, I am confident that we will have better treatment options, but I doubt we will have anything that is the perfect solution.

Very well presented! Thank you! The name of the substance is that phonetic to the math you are already doing? As a study it's not very advert exaplaining what that study is to the mind, but the idea that you could already be infected it's just the way things happen the the minds eyes are how 'the cells don't really bind the same way to assimilate in that sort of direct order' of things. How do you explain people that don't have the virus? I mean we got to start talking about how one led to another but not how already having it could be it's a direct sequencing. Did you know about rat study had a cartoon made after its inspired 'body' if you talk about the "do you think because of numerically you only go off a name as that hidden prime factory you can still assert what you're saying. Because a name counts in as extra for how they already made up some effort we look for that that plops out "backwards" the very answer as to why we are able to produce is because the original folding that was 'alpha2' it's technically more mechanical than it is real but as to numerically what is and who is holding that substance you drew is related to that.

Remdesivir does definitely seem more promising than Hydroxycholroquine at least. By the way, really love your channel! Very useful for my studies, and your voice is calming.

You know, I'm not sure. There seems to be a lot of mixed info around hydroxychloroquine and I'm just not sure where we are at with that. Unfortunately we don't have any good RCTs, so I'd really like to see that. The WHO had suspended the trial but is restarting it after some data has come in to question on some recent studies. I hope to see it given early, just like I want to see the same with Remdesivir, as anti-viral medications are better served early in the course of viral replication. And I really appreciate the offer to help. Right now I am doing ok, and in all honesty, watching, like, and sharing really is so appreciated! Feel free to shoot me an email and perhaps at some point we could talk.
