Hey I recently got orthotics but for some reason, it kinda developed pain in my heel/Achilles when I wasn’t dealing with pain for a couple months. It’s been 5 days so far, and the pain decreases when I take off my shoes. Would it just be my feet trying to get used to the orthotics?

No, orthotics should not cause significant pain but it is best to ask the person who issued your orthotics because they will know what you should expect and adjust them if needed

Hey I wasn’t sure if I had this or Achilles tendinitis. The pain started from age 13, now I’m 15 and the pain is significantly better but I still have some tenderness. I’ve gone to a physio and they gave me a stretch for my calf and I have an orthotic appointment. Do you think this is severs??

My son has this and he can barely walk. It’s so awful. Doctor said it will go away at 14. But you are 15 I’m so sorry. It’s been 11 months so I hope your pain is completely gone.

this can happen to adult ? i workout with bear foot and suddenly i got pain on my both achillie tendo..... its been couple of weeks and its painful in the morning or after riding car or after i sat on the same possition for an hour and then walk
