Another great post from Nate at Tree House. This concept is awesome. Throwing back to his roots. Great to see some awesome beers brewed at home, well done guys. I admire what Nate doesn't say…blind tasting opaque vs less hazy at TH….can’t tell difference easily….those blind tastings would have had the massive dry hop addition that TH add in both but different malt/oat bills…..Opaque all day....All In 99 👍👍🍺🍻

Amazed on how dialed in your sensory perceptions are. "I wish it had more kettle hops, more hops toward the beginning of the boil". How do you do it? Would love to get to that level some day. Keep doing what you are doing.

Great Tasting video as always, maybe you could invite the winner to brew with you their beer, as you are judging the beers that way.

Cool video! I agree that bottle conditioning hazy IPAs doesn’t work too well. But I usually bottle just a couple to pass out and keg the rest of the batch. What I notice is that the bottle conditioned ones tend to fall clear and the keg stays hazy. Must be something with that secondary fermentation in the bottle that makes things drop out?

I don't have an option for anything else. You know when you put your name in the drawing and expect it'll never be you... oops. Did my best glad I got my color right at least

I am super bummed I was not able to submit an entry for this. Best hazy homebrew is in New Orleans, LA.
