See this is why I appreciate women. There’s nothing like a woman’s sympathy AND empathy when you need it. I suffered from low iron levels while I was at the buss stop, became dizzy and then fainted. Ok hi, as a person with hypoglycaemia, I don’t really recommend eating bread or carbohydrates in general for a quick effect. I usually eat something containing chocolate or a drink such as bubble tea. If I feel extremely dizzy I’ll eat a few timtams and drink some juice to get it to pass quickly. However if you see someone outside with hypoglycaemia, literally just put some sugar in water, or just a piece of chocolate will help. I learnt it the hard way that eating 10 mints won’t do anything.

They literally ran to help her, so kind 😊💞... And it's true, they've to carry some candies/sweets with them always. I had a friend who had low sugar level and our teacher told her to keep sweets always with her

It reminded me a day when i was in train and had breathing issues and stomach pain....i remembered how people helped me... random girl bought me water bottle from station, someone called her closeone and tell them to buy a medicine and next platform when they got off the train give me medicine....even people stood up so that i can sleep on the train and relief my pain....i can't express my gratitude towards them....i remembered a man hold to and didn't got off his station so that he help me send me home ❤️i am really greatful to towards them

So sweet watching people stop from their busy lives work, child, errands and the effort put into to help is above and beyond. We need more of these moments. It goes to show that they happen we as a team need to chose to be that helping hand when it presents itself you never know this is life or death type of situation. I used to be a 1 on 1 to someone with diabetes and wheb blood sugar drops someone can go into coma so these people experiment or not saved a life. 💜 thank you for showing all the social experiments that can present themself so when our time comes were ready to not to keep walking

A tip: If someone has low blood sugar and they are feeling dizzy/about to faint then it is best to give them some chocolate or some juice. It will get into their blood system in under 30 seconds. Giving them a burger or something heavy will take longer to consume and get it in your blood system since it is more heavy. So it is best not to give the person something heavy. Hopefully this is helpful :]

Once something similar happened to me....except a lot worse in a gross way 😅 but almost immediately a stranger stepped up and helped! She got me a drink, contacted the staff, and even managed to track down my parents! Those are the kind of people *you never ever forget.* Like seriously, I reallly wish I could’ve thanked her properly, it takes a lot courage to get involved in those kinds of situations ❤️ so my heart goes out to anyone who has
