God Bless.....my dad flew CAT airlines, CIA, Indochina...early 1950s....he taught me to fly Cessnas, from age 16.....

Nice flying and scenery. Don't forget that this engine being prob. a 2 stroke engine is capable of quitting anytime , espescially when flying over a narrow river or a landstrip too rough to land over. even a 4 stroke can quit but not so frequent. Nice VDO

I use a canon zr600 tape drive. Kind of old but it has image stabilization, which is the main consideration. The camera is mounted to a board that is tucked under my belt on the front of me.

I've wanted to film some from by plane. What camera did you use and do you like the results? Would you use a different camera if you made another one? Nice thing about loosing power in your plane is it's a slow crash. Mine drops out of the sky at 50mph which ain't so bad.
