Seeing Jessi on top of Enchanted Rock made me think of the Lion King. It's also good to see you both have moved on from gators to rattle snakes. Diversity in life endangering creatures is always important...🐍⚠️

Variety keeps things interesting, even when it's stuff to be careful about. 😄 Jessi and the Lion King - I didn't think about that when making the thumbnail, but it's funny. -Ari

Very nice video! We haven't explored much of Texas yet, looking forward to it 😀 we found you through all of your Michigan adventure videos. We are curious, and maybe somehow missed it. But are you full time explorers? That is our goal. Right now, we are still working full time in Tennessee. But, Northern Michigan is our favorite destination. If you make it to Tennessee, look us up. We would love to meet you! We are headed to Pictured Rocks in September to hike the North country trail segment. We love it!

Thanks for the compliment -- and we're glad you found us through our Michigan State Parks adventure. That was how we kicked off this channel in earnest. We are not full-time explorers yet, but we'd love to get there someday. We still have a sticks-n-bricks in Michigan, but we're in the RV more and more each year. For 2022, we're looking at probably 8 months on the road. I see that continuing and probably expanding, although I suspect we'll always have some sort of home base to return to for family stuff. Northern Michigan is a favorite spot of ours, too, particularly the Upper Peninsula, although maybe not in the winter. LOL We will keep your invitation in mind if we get to Tennessee; that state is on our bucket list of places to spend time exploring. We have found that tackling a state for several months at a time is a great way to see it and really get to know it and its people. Enjoy Pictured Rocks -- it's a beautiful area. Thanks for watching and commenting, and keep on trekin'! -Ari

LOL Florida can kill you? I guess you are referring to gators and snakes. We get a gator attack about every three or four years almost always from a spot where idiots have been feeding the gator (illegal BTW) As fort snakes, we've seen far more snakes west of the Mississippi than we have ever seen here. Last rattler was on a trail near Hell's Canyon in Idaho. We saw our first Coral Snake, which cannot bite you--their mouths are too small, in many decades of hiking here in Florida. Last Rattler I've seen was at least 20 years ago. We've never seen a Water Moccasin despite lots of swimming. And of course we don't have Copperheads

Ha! Well, we should probably say that Florida and Texas can kill you when compared with Michigan. We're not used to having things like venomous snakes and gators in the North. 😄 Thanks for watching and commenting!
