A tip is that you can rent everything you need, it is very cheap

Thanks for commenting, we had briefly mentioned at the 07:56 mark that renting is an option. In our research in renting vs buying, we found the difference in price, not enough of a savings to rent for the items we needed. For example, we negotiated a price to rent a used jacket for 1500 NPR, but we ended up buying the same jacket new for 2,000 NPR. It would be cheaper to rent a backpack for example.

@@LoreandMatt Maybe you just bad at bargain ;) just kidding.. well, i guess it only goes if you have many month still of travel and dont wanna carry the stuff.. I love Nepal so much, first time there was 2001 and been 6 times.. Enjoy your travel :)

haha fair enough. I think there's definitely some bargains out there to rent gear, but it definitely depends on your bargaining skills, the time you have to hunt for those deals, and the season your visiting. We loved Nepal as well and can't wait to make it back... still craving Momo!
