You are doing a good job of talking me into getting into this collection as well. Only issue is EM keeps loosing my orders in the mail. This last time I even paid for 3 day shipping, and it still was delayed for over a week *sigh*. And the topper? I put that order in a day before the trekyards code went from 10% to 15%, so if I'd just have waited a day or two, I'd have saved money and maybe my order wouldn't have taken the scenic route here lol, cheers.

Another solid video! You guys put out great content! On the dorsal fin would you consider using steam to make the plastic a little more malleable, you might possibly be able to bend it back that way? Wasn't sure if the color was died into the plastic or if it was a decal of some kind. Cheers.

If you have a steamer for cleaning or other applications Home Depot sells a nozzle that reduces the output to a pencil leads width diameter used primarily for cleaning grout. Something like that would give you surgical Precision where you applied the Heat. You could mask off the painted areas apply heat where is needed and be able to bend it plum. Just a thought. I can't believe you got us all more money off! They are the best at model making and interpretation. I love how they do bundles as well. You definitely need to do a LIVE walk through of your collection. Maybe a Star Trek episode to start with as I bet you have more of them vs all other combined. A head cam would be PERFECT as you could use your hands freely. Captain , your review dialogue matches your visuals PERFECTLY! Eagle (🦅) moss, lol, have to be proud to have you and Trek Yards as review-ee/er!

Thanks for a nice review. My only misgiving is that I wish the ship came with landing gear for display purposes, but I know that isn't the Eaglemoss way of doing things. Oh, well. 😒

In the reboot they use viper mark 2s and 7s, but the mark 1 in that lineage is the same in both series. We use mark ones in bsg deadlock which takes place in the reboot universe.

I have a lot of sentiment for Mk I because I vaguely remember watching the original series when I was just a few years old. But my favorite one is definitely Mk II. Actually my favorite fighter in all of s-f.

In the cart. Really want the real Galactica, Cylon Raider and Cylon Base Star (how else can you stage the point blank missile attack on two Base Stars with mirrors if all you have is a Battlestar? YOU CAN'T. If the other BSG TOS (that is weird) are at this level of detail as well, More shelving will be required. And then there's Spacedock, which looked sweet @ NYCC. Yet more money. If you guys get them to apply the code to specials, you'll not pay for drinks in NYC for a long, long time.

The only problem with this model is that the undercarriege for the landing gears, are open, there is a open hole .

As with all sci-fi shows, the original Captain & respective space ship is always better than the "remake" & subsequent ones! Original Kirk & Enterprise, superior. Original Apollo & his Viper, superior.

THE MARK 1 FROM TOS WAS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE FIGHTER CLOSELY FOLLOWED BY THE BUCK ROGERS STAR FIGHTER ,BUT THAT ALL CHANGED WHEN THE MARK II WAS INTRODUCED. THE MARK 1 LOOKS BOXY IN COMPARISON NOW. SORRY YOU DONT LIKE THE MK 7 CAP
