I just ordered mine a couple of days ago.. Hopefully it's a good buy. My very first bone conduction headphone. Btw, i just got a tip that if you use android phones, you can go to the settings 'sound and vibration' then 'sound and quality effects', then 'Adapt sound'. I then check the 30 to 60 years old ( i'm 50 ). The sound should be better with extra bass added.. I will try this when i receive my Aftershokz Titanium.. :):) Already produce better sound on my phone speaker as we speak

Dude best review I've seen on these. I've been looking for reviews all night and this is by far and wide the most informative and thorough review out there. Thank you for doing this video.

Thank you so much for doing these videos, it is very relaxing to know that other people feel the same as I do, and that they have improved their lives doing some lifestyle changes. I've had 3 Meniere episodes, one in 2011, in 2015 and 3 weeks ago. It has taken about of 6 months everytime to properly heal and have a normal life (feeling dizzy very rarely). This time I believe it has been triggered by me being allergic to weather changes in a city I just moved to and heavy stress because I just moved to a new country. I don't smoke, drink alcohol or coffee. I exercise regularly, but my stress leves have affected me the most :/ Thank you again and I hope you feel good!

Hi Ruth, first of all you're welcome! If you like these videos, I encourage you to check out the blog as well (mindovermenieres.com) as I've written far more blog posts than videos. And I'm also glad that you're able to handle your symptoms so well!

Nicely done, thanks. I think it would have been helpful to see what they look like from the back, what distance they stand off the head etc .. we got some sideways glimpses, but a full shot would have been nice.

I bought a pair today . Good Review ! Music is not as good on them but they work great for Podcasts which is what i bought them for .
@MindOverMenieres7 жыл бұрын
Thanks Mike! Glad you liked the review, and glad your experience has been good so far. I agree that music quality is not as good as a good set of earbuds or over-the-hear headphones, but I agree that for podcasts they're awesome!

Hey, can you please elaborate on why the music is not that good? I'm thinking about buying them but seeing your comment made me think

I use them for my nighttiime ASMR. I put them on top of my head and lie down. My head kept destroying all the other headphones I tried and I cannot stand anything poking into my ears. I end up falling asleep usually and that's how all the other headphones got broken eventually. My Beats ones are mangled right now. So glad I have the bone conduction type--I think titanium was a smart move for someone like me who rolls around sleeping in headphones.

I just put them on top of my head and nothing bumps and I still hear through them. They don't have to be worn to the back like that.

Hi, hope you're still replying to these comments I just started to get the terrible T (tinnitus) and have been doing a ton of research in how to deal with it when it reaches its worst (which between me, you and your followers) is a lot of the time and was wondering if these could be used as a sort of clouding effect, a way to mask the ringing.

Tried, and sent back. Cannot stand that people around can actually hear.

please tell me if these could be effective for therapy. my logic is that if you get to listen to the music through these headphones, you can hear the music as a distraction, and you don't have to blast music in your ears to increase the hearing loss, and the tinnitus.
@MindOverMenieres6 жыл бұрын
I think they definitely could be used for sound therapy, the only problem is they don't block out environmental noise at all, which is the point. I think noise canceling headphones, like the Bose Quiet Comfort (amzn.to/2jwPvE1) are a better bet, because they block out background noise so you can listen at lower volumes.

FYI the wired headphones do require batteries. They just last twice as long.

How can Trekz be used as hearing aid? Is there any app that help this device capture audio and transmit to headphone.

How do I wear my glasses with them
@iyadodado7 жыл бұрын
can you were them with glasses?
@MindOverMenieres7 жыл бұрын
Yes you can! I'm wearing them with glasses in the video actually. I find its maybe slightly more comfortable without glasses, but you definitely can wear them with regular glasses or sunglasses.

Do you have hearing loss with your tinnitus? If so, do these sound better than regular head phones?
@MindOverMenieres7 жыл бұрын
My hearing is still pretty good. So I can't comment directly from my own experience, but I've heard this sentiment from others. My advice would be to find a way to test them out before you buy them!

if the sounds travel thru your bone can you use earplugs and still hear the music?
@MindOverMenieres7 жыл бұрын
Yes you can! In fact, they sound even better with earplugs in and they come with a set of earplugs for this very purpose.
