Creed's first album is flawless (almost classic), the second is good, the third isn't bad and the fourth was very decent (since Mark had evolved a lot and it had solos and very badass riff sections and overall heavier tighter sound). Creed's material isn't as good as the rest of Mark's work but it has it's own moments and highlights in a way none of his other bands have. Plus Creed is basically what gave him worldwide recognition, a Grammy award, filled his bank account with a shitload of money and funded his future acts and made them possible.

I have to say it mark tremonti is the most underrated guitar player ever, he doesn't get the credit he deserves. From the early days of Creed, to Alter Bridge and his solo projects. In comparison with all the other guitar legends (Hammett, young, van halen, slash, schenker, richards) he also can sing like a god.
