Got my STL files, basic heretic legion and trench pilgrims, from the recent KS. War wolf, artillery witch and chorister. Female anti tank communicant and combat medic as well. Cant wait to print them. 😊

I got the observer, lion of jabir, jaberean Alchemist, communicant anti tank hunter and scripture guardian. I'm really looking forward to having them printed alongside my conversions and sculpting.

I like how even in Hell itself, becoming a soldier is still seen as honorable

I like how it's also a challenge, hell is far more warlike it seems, and it only sends the best it has as legionnaires and anointed since everyone else it deems unworthy are either wretches or used as fuel to power the demon lords. I like the initiation right of "oh you want to join the legion? Okay cool walk as close to hell as you can without exploding into flame and we'll consider it" that's a test and a half lol.

@GhostofJamesMadison which is strange because all of the artists for it worked on 40k and aos/old world at some point lol. Although it does lean very much more in the a blanche like style which i think a lot of the fans appreciate

@ hey man! I’m only very roughly acquainted w the Trench Crusade universe, and at this point I’m way too old to dig for lore the way you do. So your channel is perfect for me, and I just like your voice and delivery for some reason. Anything you pick works, but I reckon I’ll second another commenter and propose Abyssinia ;)

@REIVAXEBONFIEND There's a lot more free reign and a rough around the edges approach to modelling and painting them that I think a lot of people enjoy. I quite like the death guard and thousand sons myself (for my chaos factions anyway), and in the trench crusade, I'll be playing all 3 of the faithful factions + the black grail. With that said, I can see the appeal of being able to make really messed up looking demons or war engines and being able to make messy/bloody looking ragged soldiers that have been fighting a long war and managed to get a few too many spikes on their armour. I think the models for both settings are cool but there's something that bit more... characterful about the traitors lol

@leafy126.5 yes so there are a few lore sources to use, the lore primer, rule book and also the lore snippets put in the trench crusade discord. So it's a combination of those where I currently write my scripts from.
