If I'm not mistaken I think that the especial is lime and the sour is lemon, also Trinidad sour usually has only one ounce of orgeat. Anyway, thanks for another great video! I love your channel

​@@MasterYourGlass ​Then why is the especial garnished with Lime Peel if the citrus component is supposed to be Lemon? I think you just flipped the order again as you did at 3:45 in he video. Lemon often pairs better with Whiskey while lime would go better with Pisco... Just saying.

Good question, that would not be cheap. I paid six dollars for the bottle of angostura and would only be able to get 2 1/2 drinks out of it. Of course bars pay a lot less for that product. Cheers
