Poor Chris. He chose the wrong time to swap the food. When it comes to ramen, I think the best way to do it is the traditional way, not to mention, it'll be served to someone that would appreciate the ramen as is.

Give Props to Inga. Great show. Thanks guys for all the hard work that you have put into your dishes this season. For next season why not try something like BBQ pork. There are several traditional cuts, like pork butt and ribs, but there are many others. How about taking a traditional cut and doing something amazing and outside of the box. It's worth a shot. Thanks again.

Honest opinion as someone who eat a lot of Ramen. That blue ramen is so interesting that if it is a good bowl of ramen then the Traditional Ramen better be Pretty good. Long story short, taste wise It is going to be a handicap match for the traditional Ramen as the blue ramen is already offering a fun experience just from its look.
