I am a convert to the Faith. As with many converts, I had misconceptions about the Church. I thought hymns were not sung at Mass! I thought there would be instrumental music, a choir or a soloist, but the congregation did not sing. So glad I was wrong, because I love to sing hymns!

Well, another thing to mention are the books titled, Miracles of the Eucharist. The authors are a husband and wife named Bob and Penny Lord( funny how their last name is Lord) In these books (and many others have written books on this), they basically tell the stories about how Jesus chose to show himself in the Eucharist. Most of the time, it is when a priest or a certain group of people are having a sincere lack of faith. Jesus chooses to show Himself as a sign to encourage the faith . There are Eucharistic miracles that have happened and still exists today. During the Mass , the consecrated Host will begin to seep blood. On the many occasions where this has happened, the priests and bishops take the cloth where the blood has stained or the droplets of blood and saved them in special glass containers. On special feast days in the church, the blood has transformed from a solid state to a liquid state and after a time, the blood goes back to a solid state. This happens every year all over the world wherever there are Eucharistic miracles. Scientists have studied this blood and it is AB+. That is the same blood type on the Shroud of Turin. Scientists have no explanation as to why this blood behaves like it does. The chemical parts of the blood shows the medical Scientists that this blood is from a living person and not a dead person. There is one Eucharistic miracle where the Consecrated Host turned into a small piece of flesh. The Scientists are able to tell that it is a part of a heart muscle and they know exactly what part. It is moist and fresh. For how old it is, it has never dried up. Also, when tested, the scientists say that it is from a living person. The proteins or enzymes or whatever is in the blood and flesh that shows this, is ongoing and only these things are present in a living human. Also, in the Eucharistic miracles that have been scientifically and medically tested, the blood shows chromosomes from a human mother, not a human father. This makes sense because Jesus did not have a human father. So, look up these Eucharistic miracles. I'm sure they can be found on KZbin.

Seeing as Jesus was a Jew and obviously aware of Jewish customs and such, then why would he tell people to drink his blood when it was forbidden in Jewish culture to drink blood of any animal? If we continue his the metaphor of the passover lamb then one has to understand it seems strange for a Jewish person to say one should drink the blood of the lamb when it was strictly forbidden in the old testament to do such a thing. If he is being metaphorical in general and just talking about doing something to remember his sacrifice then it makes sense, but if he is being literal then it seems to go against when any practicing Jew would have been taught.

I am divorced because my ex-wife abused me. She beat me and she knew I wouldn't hit her back. Why? Because I'm already a Christian. I have no intention of leaving my relationship with Christ for a religion that cannot save.
