Wow!! Lot of great suggestions and encouragements to pretty much guarantee success! Much appreciated! Word of advice: stop drinking alcohol completely. I don't see how it helps you in any way. It is harder for you to wake up in the morning the next day and, from my research, it can gradually do harm to your body over time. It is not worth it for me. There are a lot of other ways to enjoy ourselves!

Could you elaborate a bit more on why as an SDR one should focus on volume instead on personalized. Should we leave the personalization for cold calls?

more action & volume works under all conditions

SDR open rate will be far less than that of an AE just do the Lead stage the prospect is in usually. even with personalization your likely going to average under a 20% open rate and maybe a 1-3% reply rate in my experience. hope that helps.
