It's a Spektrum DX8 with a custom wiring harness. I'm going to do a build video soon showing how I put it together.

@@oponohou That depends on what your goals are... I built this rig specifically to prepare for full size helicopter training and proficiency. I took a great flying RC helicopter and detuned it from a 3D setup to more realistic characteristics. I also fly with the tail in rate mode. Definitely a learning curve but a great science project!

How did you get your 700 to sound like that? RPM? Looks like its still a two blade? Sounds really cool. Looks like a lot of fun to fly with this system. Id be nervous of flying that lose to my self for a long time.

Set up with 2 6s packs in parallel running about 1200rpm. I have a throttle hold wired to a switch on the collective just in case something bad happens😜
