Marc's guitar here is a Gibson Les Paul Standard which had the neck broken off in an accident at an airport (Marc saw it happen). He had a neck from a Les Paul Custom put on to replace the broken one. Several years ago, Gibson released a Marc Bolan Les Paul replica. He must have really liked that guitar. When it was stolen, he bought a wine red Les Paul Standard (as seen on the Marc tv show).
