@@Svenddieselyah I did read that. Its a stupid idea. And I just saw a woman (of all ppl) do a brisket style and it came out still pink. Just cuz its brisket mean you cook it to 200 degrees. Also ive never seen a brisket cooked just sitting in a pan like that. What method is that? Cuz I sure hope thats not a boat method.
@Svenddiesel
@Svenddiesel 7 күн бұрын
@@alexthickening3866 try reading it again. It’s not a brisket cut. It’s a tri tip cooked the same way you would smoke a brisket. Instead of wrapping in paper or foil, I placed in a pan because it’s easier to put two tri tips in one pan than wrap two. Read again and understand what is going on.

@@Svenddiesel Oh I understand whats going on alright. I was a sous chef for a huge bbq joint for years, also Ive been all through texas continuously and Ive tried all their bbq. Smoking and cooking aren’t the same thing. Smoking it like a brisket sure cuz many pitmasters do regularly. But throwing it in a pan & cooking it to 200 degrees is amateur. Ive never seen tri tip served like this. And to post a video about it and how good it is 😂 who u kidding? 👎
