Scott, I did it! They turned out perfectly tender and juicy. Center was medium rare. The rest was medium. My 1st time doing this in the Foodi. My marinade was red wine, garlic, S & P. I dried them off and rubbed them in chicken schmaltz. I made a recipe I found somewhere else for jus. It was beef broth, diced garlic pickle, pepperoncini, onion, a red chili. I put it in the pot, and the meat in the roasting/ fryer. It was a hit!

I think once you have a crust if you want to keep it from burning you can put some foil over it.
