When you write up all the double entry accounts, do you also write the other persons own when the purpose is to do the Trial Balance? For example, "Sold goods on credit to A, B, and C." Do I just write up the Sales account with the entries, or do I also write up the other individual accounts and balance them to enter into the Trial Balance?

No you will add up the balance on the accounts of all the persons who you sold to on credit and that would make up your debtors figure in the trial balance.
