I Just wishing all our souls could have had the chance to be so blessed.

I don't care how old you are, you need to take a week er two, and treat your soul to this beauty. No place inspires the Spirit, like Wyoming! Dude Ranches in Jackson's Hole accommodate people who are content just to soak in the views and the stars at night, that are so close You feel like you could pluck 'em right out of the sky. You don't have to ride a horse or float the river. You can be just as content sitting in a rocking chair soaking up the views and the wildlife. Just do it for the experience!!! Just treat yourself.

I took literally hundreds and hundreds of pictures! My biggest regret was not doubling my time there! I wish I'd known about the Triangle X at the time! I do hope the whole COVID thing hasn't forced them to shutter the place - that looks like it'd be *such* a loss! May there *always* be another ride to have, another cook-out to enjoy, and another batch of 'tender-foots' to train-up!

You have the luck to life in a wonderful, awesome Country. Love it ! I am fascinated by you and your ranch. I come from switzerland and we do not have this here. I am enthusiastic westernreiter, and try to emulate the real cowboy. Many years ago I worked on a small ranch in wheatland wyoming. Cattle drives, branding, fence work, colt starting and much more. It was hard work, but it was the best time of my life. I will never forget it, I wish I could work again on a real ranch. I never needed luxury, my jeans and boots were full of cow shit but that did not bother me. haha. This kindness, the willingness to help and the nature in USA are great. I miss it a lot. Get tears in my eyes when i look back at this time...Go ahead guys

WindyHillRanch100 - I never worked a ranch, but I traveled around the Rockies for a while, met wonderful people, experienced Western hospitality, got off the road and walked around some where I suspect people don't get to too often ... *loved* it! I drove almost 2,000 miles (from Rochester, NY), and after driving about another 1,000 miles in the Rockies, I drove back. I've always thought I should have just *stayed there!* Yeah, I miss the mountains - and the people - so much! I wish it were possible, now, to make that move!

Thank you for making such a nice video on the Triangle X ranch, the views of the Teton range are amazing right out their front door. I am amazed that no other professionally made video has ever been made of this ranch considering how long they have been in operation and how scenic the location is. May I make a suggestion for featuring another dude ranch in your series "Great American Dude Ranches"? The Bitterroot Ranch in Dubois Wyoming, another great ranch that has never really had a professional grade video to highlight it's success as a riding destination.
@HorseTVGlobal8 жыл бұрын
Hi David...we have done about 50 ranches for our TV Series "Great Western Dude Ranches" and have talked with Bayard & Mel at Bitterroot, but they have declined to join the TV Series. We've done the T-Cross Ranch in DuBois, a great adventure for sure. What's interesting is that each ranch is different, it has it's own personality and experience, no two are quite the same. Thanks for your suggestions, always welcome!
