Doing Ironman Wales too. I've never done one before. I have completed the distances for two of the disciplines. Separately I should add. The bike is unknown territory. I feel like that's the one that needs most of my attention and let's not forget nutrition. Understanding my body. What it needs to function over that duration. Under 12 is a goal for most Ironmen. Will hopefully become clearer as the months pass.
