I love how they want to 'help' Hover, yet a prideless lioness needs to be able to have a lot of strength and skill to survive on their own, possibly even more than a pride lioness. Hover doesn't need help at all, she's possibly even stronger than Farleap's snooty face. Having to hunt on her own, fight off enemies on her own, find shelter when it rains and track down prey. Most likely Quick mane is embarrassed that he was bested by a cub and has brainwashed his daughters and the other pride members to think Nothing is a demon or somehow at fault for hurting his ego, it couldn't possibly be that he just sucks. At least that's what he thinks. It's actually a pretty typical abuse scenario. Fire and Nothing are not Quick manes Cubs, he wants them dead but can't kill them and he hates them as a reminder of what happened to him so he abuses them and the others listen either by brain washing, not knowing better, or our of fear themselves.

Ok. First of. I have to say the dynamic between hover and nothing is incredibly hard hitting and realistic. The fact in this scene hover doesn't want to do it. But does because of her relationship to nothing is beautiful done to the point that I got dejavu when watching. Something like a realistic attachment to the point that your willing to do something you dont or wont normally do is interesting. Second, the fact that the other two lionesses are offering help but being snide yo nothing is interesting.before we have only seen clips. But this scene allows us to get to know a little bit about their dynamic and personality. I'm being honest when I say I am very delighted to have found this while it's still being worked on. I hope my words and comments are helping you . Its creative pieces of art like this I look for on youtube, and the fact you have one of my top three favourite animals in it just makes me love it more. Sorry for rambling and thank you to those who have read my comment. P.s I would recommend any animal lovers or people who enjoy a hard hitting story to check out wolfsong on youtube. Its wonderfully done but I warn you. It's probably going to make you cry.

This little clip just makes me even more excited for the next episode. Also, nothing x hover to me seems like it will be a big part of what happens next, and my guess is that nothing will be stopped from watching hovers assessment and will cause them to have a huge argument. Just a guess. This story is one of my favorites, even if there is only 3 parts with a 4th one soon. It's hard to find storys like this one. You cqnt seem to find any with gay couples for some reason which is stupid. and even if you do, they aren't very good. The animation usually isn't very good and voice acting is usually bad. This story is the exact opposite. The animation is awesome and quality of the mics for the voice acting is really good, along with really great voice acting. And the gay couple is a really good twist. Please keep up your amazing work! 😁

Hope Hover stands up for Nothing here... she's doing this for her after all and to just let her sister be mean and stand by would be weird for her character. Even if she does want to do well, she doesn't need their help. She's obviously a competent hunter surviving on her own so long. Which might make her sister's mad and try to mess Hover up...but I guess we'll see! And Nothing needs a win for Pete's sake 😭
