We were told we need to eat more protein. We were told we need to do more exercises, more sets, more reps, lift heavier, train more frequently etc. Well this is what most of us have been doing and it's not working for most of us. Were they right?

Absolutely phenomenal video. The level of detail is spot on and much appreciated. I do want to ask, we just bought a slow masticating juicer. What should we be chewing vs juicing? Don

Thanks for the feedback! Anything you juice, you can eat too. The answer really depends on what your goal is behind juicing.

As far as pull-ups, I have NEVER been able to do any...not even one. I had been working on scapula pulls from the pull-up bar, hangs & iso holds from the top position. I bought a stool to take to the gym, because I can't hold it when I jump to the top position, so I just kinda slam back down. Dangerous, I know. So I stopped trying that way. Part of my issue is that I can't sustain a grip long enough. My fingers are long and skinny & it starts to get very uncomfortable, plus my grip strength is 👎🏿 My core is not as strong as it could be either, so that's another issue.

Love your content, hope I’m not too late to get a question in…I’m a women who’s put on a few pounds of muscle since December and have hit some targets of 10 pull ups and almost got my deadlifts back over 200. :) I love my arms and back, but I have not eaten totally clean since Jan and have that extra 10 pounds adipose every girl hates around her lower half. Would you recommend 3 - 36hr fasts a week vs just doing fully raw 3 days a week for a women? Then eating cooked foods like lentils, beans and oats as you did when you leaned out the other 4 days of the week? Perhaps one or a combo of any of the above that you’ve talked about in your video, might be more efficient for fat loss with the least muscle waste? Thx for any feedback. Subscribed and thanks for putting your wisdom out there.
