I've projectile vomited at the gym before. After a long night of partying I took my morning 'sups' which included Yohimbine 1000 mg which is an MAOI and some of what I enjoyed the night before REALLY isn't good to have an MAOI around it. Leg day, pushing hard and start to feel woosy. Curled down into a ball and decided the lockeroom bathroom was needed ASAP but BARFFFF all over the wall just entering the mens locker room. Yohimbie is GREAT but being an MAOI I also did this at the Bellagio pool area but luckily got inside and to the sink with no one around. Quick clean up and remembered to not mix certain things. I'm much more mellow now but the gym incident had me getting a lot of people worried my head was about to spin around and play Exorcist. LOL

@@massimocampanella5228 pretty sure he has gone over this in another video, can’t remember which one. I think the answer is go straight to the next set, the only time between would be to pick up the next weight or adjust. That’s what I have been doing and it’s worked so much better. If you’re working to failure and past your limit it doesn’t really matter how long the workout is. I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure that’s close to the advice he has given before.

You're changing the way I work out. I'm after pure strength more than I am muscle size, because I want to be THAT GUY who looks pretty average, muscle-wise, but is a lot stronger than he looks. (And I've already got 17" biceps, but I'm not lean.) but I've been going for very heavy weights and judging my progress by how many reps I can crank out on the cable tricep extensions while I've got the weight pin at the bottom of the stack and I need to tie my feet to plates to keep from floating up because the stack weight and my body weight are the same number. (250 pounds...yeah I've got some fat to dump.) Mostly thanks to you I'm trying lighter weights and more reps. It destroys me in an entirely different manner, but I do keep thinking, "Man, this isn't very heavy!"...not for the first set, anyway. Twelve sets later I'm ready to puke up my spine.
