I am 80 on the 21st March this year. I still workout after 53 years pushing and pulling weights and cables. I wish I had Ryan's advice 53 years ago. He has taught me to focus on the individual muscle being worked more often to the exclusion of supporting muscles, when possible. I swear I have made significant, if slight gains, for a man my age. His distractors don't know what they're talking about.

I am 34 now, when I was in my late teens, I hit the weights heavy, had a good strong build, but I was an idiot and did much more chest than back, because I felt I already had a naturally strong one, and after I stopped lifting due to an arm break and a few other injuries, I lost a lot of strength and size. I am getting back into shape, but I notice that I hunch a lot, and have been for years. When I stand straight and tall and pull those shoulders back and down, I can see some of my old physique, but I loosen up and boom, back to hunch. Just wanted to say that back excercises are very important, almost more so than chest. Saves you pain in the long run. The excercises you show are good ones, especially those last ones. I use a "perfect pushup" thing and those pushups are killer. I like your delivery and attitude. Have a good one.
