Hey i have a problem with the 540. I know all there is to know about it, i watched every tutorial but when i try to do it i feel a veery sharp pain in my groin aria where the leg is conected to the hip. Are there any exercises or should i keep stretching my groin and maybe the pain will ease?
@ChrisNado7 жыл бұрын
Gold Warrior try to strengthen the groin area. You need a decent amount of strength with your flexibility. take a long sleeve shirt and wrap it around your quads. move your quads together and spread them. Try and get the t-shirt pretty tight so there is more resistance. I have a video on conditioning it goes over it sometime in the video.

Good video but as a beginner too quick to follow. I would rather have a video for one of each. Could i have the list of the trick so i can search them ?

@prism74258 жыл бұрын
how long are you already tricking? :o really nice :) i have a porblem, im not as strechted as you... could you recommend a nice streching routine?
@ChrisNado8 жыл бұрын
I've been tricking for 3 years now. For stretching you just need to do it every day. If you don't your flexibility will go away. sit in middle split for 5 minutes twice a day once in the morning and once at night. same with pike stretch and this will dramatically help with flexibility. you just have to be consistent with it. you don't have to do anything crazy haha.

Some time back I watched a trainer working with a local rugby star on TV. She was massaging or activating meridian points that correspond to specific muscles. The claims are that not only does it relax muscles and aid flexibility but it also increases strength. After that I tried it with a few friends that couldn't touch their toes and it actually worked. I can't remember where all the points are anymore much less the order but yeah, meridian points man, look into that shit. Here's something along those lines which I found after a quick Google. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHy4eXxmgcucaNE

keep trying, gotta build up your flexibility, stamina, strength and proper technique and all that takes a while. I just finished my first training sesh after not tricking for 6 years and I kept laughing at myself when i failed even the simplest tricks. But you gotta start somewhere, shrug off the failures like it's nothing and keep at it bro
