Oh wow! Honestly, I'm not surprised to hear that. Most of the builders I spoke to for these show homes have been telling me they were expecting prices to increase for lots coming into the Spring and Fall (depending on how the market continues to rally).

@@lifeincalgaryab yup my wife and I were looking to get one built in Seton area but the lot price was crazy. We ended up finalizing one last week in the Pine Creek area, and got everything that we needed at a great price (in today's market). I was looking for pine Creek community videos on your channel but didn't find any. But now we wait for a year for the home to be completed. Hopefully soon!

Why 2 kitchens, and why bathroom do not have a window to get fresh air?😢

There’s two kitchens because the smaller kitchen is a spice kitchen. A spice kitchen is a separate enclosed area, most often located adjacent to the main kitchen in your home. It's meant to keep the smell of spices - especially ones with a strong odour - away from the rest of your home while cooking. For the window in the bathroom, it really depends the type of lot (zero, conventional, estate, etc) and the layout of the floor plan. Depending on how the layout is, you can add windows accordingly.
