Trident has a lot of great music videos. I'd suggest "Spoopy" and "Cry Out" and their more recent videos all have captions available. The translations for some of their older stuff was a little off because KZbin seemed to think they were Korean, so the translations weren't great, but they seemed to have fixed that problem now with their newer stuff.

This is my No.2 Japanese female band behind BAND-MAID....these ladies rock. Asaka's vocals have matured..Love her vocals in "Cry Out"...and the relatively new "Neo Future"..I believe they were school friends..at least Asaka and Serina were.

TRiDENT is an all-girl rock band formed in 2016. They were formerly known as Girls Rock Band Kakumei until 2020, when they changed to Trident. That's is when former drummer Junna (original member) left the band and was replaced by Nagisa. Original members are Asaka (guitar and vocals) and Serena (bass and chorus). Trident have released several songs and most of them (all I would say!) are real bangers. I recommend you listen to Cry out, Nea-Future, Spoopy, Repaint and Signal. And of course Ambivalent! I could also add Last hope, Alive, Continue, Imagination and Distination.

I believe they formed before 2016 as their first release was in 2016 I think ..and had an additional guitarist who left in early 2016..I think her name was Laura?..And they may of had an other drummer before JUNNA..but no idea if there's anything in that.

TRiDENT are excellent and yes, I can feel the Band-Maid in this song and that’s not a bad thing. They have a pretty diverse sound though, check out Spoopy which is excellent, and Cry Out which is just quality through and through. Asaka’s voice just gets better and better, her range gives their music a lot of emotion - I think she might be the best vocalist in the genre right now.
