I know I’m super late but what Radhika Apte says about the Telugu Industry is absolutely true. As a native Telugu speaking person, and a frequent Telugu movies watcher, some of the films, especially when she acted were absolutely disgraceful to women. As she said the male leads were to be worshipped and the female leads would always be those damsels in distress.
