So true...!💯Also whether the movie is good or bad depends on the viewer...We all have been growing upmwatching SRK N Amitabh N Salman movies...Back then Cinema larger than life was loved...people loved heroic action sequences,dialouges, Songs,dance numbers...N enjoyed it...It's the mass audience....majority of audience go to movies to relax,enjoy N entertain themselves...not to sit,crib,hate or analyse the story...we need to understand that certain movies are massy...certain movies are not. The one thing I also miss is Akshay Kumar's comedy. His movies like bhagam bhag, phir Hera pheri, bhool bhuliya, welcome and many more... He was just too good in those roles. Unpopular Opinion: Ra one could have been a great superhero franchise. The ending of the film makes it possible for g one to come back. While the story was not that that strong, the movie was fun to watch because of the chemistry shared with the actors. The sound track was great and had international stars like Akon. I think the Dildara song blended the hindi language and english language really well. Finally, the VFX were done really well.

Of course SRK played Gaurav really well. I think more than Gaurav's Character..... Aryan Khanna's character was even more fascinating. It somehow showed the real side of the Superstar SRK. These star kids do just one complex and nuanced role (that too very poorly) every 5 years in their career to keep their image of "serios actor", and do commercial masala films most of the time. 💯agreed. SRK has been thoroughly experimental while choosing scripts in the past. Unfortunately, anything out of mainstream was either underappreciated or rejected by mass audience. Eg, Paheli, Asoka, Raone, Fan, Dilse, Swades. These films explored multiple genres, where SRK's performance was promising too. Some of these films also contributed to VFX in India. But they didn't get the due credit. Hence, Happy New Year and Zero. Someone finally talked about what I have been thinking for years; the performance of actors largely depends on the director and it’s been something that I learned from watching a lot of English movies where an actor does really good under a specific director whereas they can be terrible under other directors regardless of how good they actually are.

True, most of the bad acting that you see is mainly because of bad writing and poor direction. This is the reason why an actor who gave a great performance in his previous film ends up giving a terrible performance in other. This is why I feel we should give more credit to directors and writers whenever we see a great performance. They r the ones who truly bring the best out of the actors

I genuinely feel that if a talented actor/actress is given a role that is even minutely close to their original personality, the film will succeed, both content wise and acting wise. This way the movie becomes more unfiltered and actors can justify the roles. For example:-1. Akshay Kumar in a comedic role because he has a raw and unfiltered sense of humour 2.Katrina Kaif in an intellectual and debate related role because of the interviews and interactions I have seen of hers reflects that she can beautifully express her ideologies and opinions with correct words without offending anybody or throwing shade. 3. Ranbir Kapoor in love and heartbreak movies as there's something about him that tells me he's been through it and never fails to reflect it on the screen.

unpopular opinion:- Love aaj kal(2020) was a good movie with a intresting plot and moving at the end which made me cry.....the biggest throw off was lead's acting ......AND it's not just hating on Sara for being a product of nepotism but genuinely I was so interested in the plot but I hated whenever Karthik or Sara came on screen....Karthik playing the 90's era character was good but it was soo bad when he was in 2020.....the ending was worth it....it was a good movie but the acting made it bad..

Every film of SRK after Happy New Year had an excellent first half but disastrous second half (Raees, Jab Harry Met Sejal, Zero, Fan). Something probably may be even SRK hasn't noticed

That is why he has asked Raju Hirani to rewrite second half of his film twice or thrice now. The first half is so good that it requires a great second half to back it up. And SRK is very particular about it now.

Unpopular opinion- OTT is quickly becoming a platform for outsiders to gain better opportunities but a convenient excuse for Dharma and YRF to not take them as leading men or women because they already have such a big platform and they could keep all the big budget film scripts to star kids. It doesn’t make sense because these outsiders aren’t given the chance to lead big budget films after establishing themselves and producers can just say “oh they haven’t led a big film before so I don’t want to throw my money on them. Let’s bank on a star kid.” Like I remember Karan Johar trying to roast Rajkummar Rao that how in the world Stree earned 100 cr. Like dude wtf? One of the many reasons a good actor like Ranbir Kapoor or say even a terrible actor like Arjun Kapoor is more bankable than Rajkummar Rao or Ayushmann Khurrana. Also other unpopular opinion- Sara Ali Khan should quit acting. Too many chances have been thrown at her. It’s enough now
