Absolute challenging...Is it osteoporosis safe to roll? I followed a session of you specially to learn what safe is for your body and what you should not to...Here you warned about rolling. I don't know if all rolling exercises should be left out?

Yes, it is recommended to leave out all rolling and loaded flexion exercises when someone has osteoporosis.

Great class! I've started playing pickleball and everyone warns me about injuries. I keep thinkng people need to do pilates to prevent that. Most just exercise in one direction and forget about the other muscles. Am I correct? Are there any specific exercises you recommend to protect from knee and hip injuries?

I've been meaning to get on the court to play with my husband! As far as preventing injuries, doing a warmup before playing and in addition to the work down on the mat, standing exercises and balance work is really great. There is also the Pilates bounces that can be done, that exercise is within the Evolution Series on the day that focuses on lower body.

You're correct that I don't consider this a beginner level class, it's a level one class.
