Beth, I’m really loving these new classes on KZbin. This one especially seems to have really great lighting and sound. It’s just cheerful looking. Trifecta Pilates has been the one thing that has really given me improvement after my arm and shoulder injuries. I have better strength and flexibility than I ever have and rarely have any pain. Thank you so much for providing these to everyone on KZbin!

I usually steer away from any equipment but today I gave it a go. Had to keep reminding because takes me longer to transition and get into the correct movement. Maybe next time I'll replay it at a slower speed 🤣🤣🤣 Loved it and well worth the effort. Thanks Beth.

I loved this work out beth! My only concern was my knees during the last part of the exercise where I had to modify it a little bit (since I have a bad knee). Everything else was fantastic, the pace was beautiful. Thank you

Just did it and I loved it ! It’s the fact that I had the impression to be in a kind of flow I think 🤔 (with the slow moves). It was sometimes challenging but also very relaxing. And I like to use the resistance band because I like to change. The funny thing is that at the beginning when you stand and roll over I had difficulties to touch the ground. But after the workout it was no problem at all 😌 So I could see the effect on my flexibility 😎

To much on knees for me, but good class. Can you do modifications for people with bad knees?

There are a lot of ways to do different variations. If you can kneel, you can always add extra cushion to support the knees more.

Which resistance band is best for beginners?
