I like the addition of weights with these moves - working core at same time while strengthening extremities. I’m noticing more definition in my arms, shoulders and upper back. Thanks!

Yesterday I did a similar class from you with weights and today this one, oh.... I do feel muscles I was not aware off. I now realize the slight sensation that I felt all day was from previous evening. What a great classes you do Beth. Thank you for your efforts ❤

I exercise everyday and this 20 min Pilate with weight is my favorite! Thank you! Could you create another 20 min class with weight? It would be wonderful l ! Again thanks! You are keeping us healthy!

My daughter bought me an early Christmas present... 1.5 kilo dumbbells... which l used for the first time in this workout... l think 1 kilo weights would be better at some angles but l managed, actually doing a couple of moves without weights... l see that this is a "old" workout but with every new practitioner following it it becomes new again🤗

This is an older class but still good. And the best news is there are some updated classes with small weights as well with better audio and camera too.

Hard to find a good pilates/weights workout doable with a broken foot -- no problems! Glad for straightforward instruction, not a lot of Yay-you! cheering-on. Wish only for a bit more form/internal sensation cues and guidance. Thank you!

I was going more for the no equipment videos, but now that I tried this I really enjoyed it! It didnt feel too overwhelming and it was a great workout for arms legs and core! Thank you!!

Am loving these Trifecta Pilates Classes during the COVID-19 Lockdown. I am normally a runner who gets little chance to do any other form of exercise...but I think I'm being converted ;-))))) Coming to from Johannesburg, South Africa

Thank you! This was perfect for me today (SAT am) b4 a busy day of hauling kids around ;0 I appreciated the well rounded feeling when I was finished with the workout. I have been so busy trying to finish my semester work that I needed this balance. One thing, the very first exercises with the weights and rolling up & back- I felt that your pace was a bit fast for me and I tend to do roll ups slower as I need the time to be sure of my alignment and activation. What do you think? Is this ok or should I be working toward a quicker pace? Thanks again for the excellent sequence :)
