How long are your plastics? Do you always use red jig heads? Where can you buy the blade runner a rigs? I’ve looked everywhere. Thanks- great videos!

The swimbaits I'm using are 5" and 1/2oz VMC boxer jigheads in plain N red colors. Only place you can find bladerunner a-rigs are at Regies in Freeport. FW sells Anglers King a-rigs made by same company as Bladerunners.

You can find A-Riggs anywhere and they come unrigged. I'm doing a seminar on A-Riggs at the Sac FW store on Dec 8th at 6 pm sharp

What reel are you using and what is the total combined weight of the A-rig with jigs and swimbaits?

I use a Shimano chronarch reel with a 5:1 gear ratio with 50# braid to a 25# fluorocarbon leader 3 ft. Two bottom jigs are 1/2 oz and middle one is 3/8 oz probably total weight maybe 3oz?

try not to use sharp angles when bending your A-rig arms. they'll last longer. after so much flexing at the same point, the arms will break.

Your right if you keep bending wires back n forth it will break.

@@AlanFong catching big fish over and over again can do the same thing too, at the base of the rig, even when bent properly. I'm sure you're one of the lucky ones that as happened to. Me too! Tight lines Mr. Fong!

I use them for bass don't want to use high dollar a-rigs for stripers lol
